The Bonzo Dog Band was a 1960s, British comedy rock band. I one a double-LP of their best work called The History of the Bonzos. I don't think they are very well know in the US and I'm not sure how I know of them except I know I was aware of them as early as 1970. They did some work with Monty Python, in fact, this clip is from a episode of Monty Python's Flying Circus. One of the Bonzos, Neil Innes, along with Eric Idle of Monty Python, stared in The Ruttles, a movie parody of The Beatles. If you're a fan of British humor, like Monty Python, then you will probably like this.
