1994 Pacific #481 Jeff MantoJeff was born in Bristol PA, just up the Delaware River from Philadelphia. He played college ball at Temple University in Philadelphia. But he ended up drafted by the Angels. The Phillies signed him as a free agent in December 1992. He was with the Phillies World Series team in 1993 but did not appear in the playoffs.
