2011 Summer Clearance Trade - National League Central

It's that time of the year again. That's right, it's time for the annual Capewood's Collections Summer Clearance Trade. We've been doing this since way back in 2010. This is your chance to get a pile of cards from your favorite team and all it's going to cost you is Phillies and/or Astros cards that you don't want. My junk wax for your junk wax. To be fair, not all the cards I'm offering are junk but they are mostly going to be commons with some star cards. No relics, no autos, no serial numbered cards. There is a large variety of cards available from the 1980s through 2011. I'm going to present representative cards from each team, by conference.

If you're interested in making a deal please claim your team in the comments. We'll conclude the deal via email. While I'm interested in any Phillies or Astros, I would prefer post-1980s Phillies and post-1994 Astros. Oddball cards from any time are welcome.

How many Astros are we talking for a specific team? Are you taking ANY Astros or only certain players/years? So many questions, so little time. Email me if you could!

I'd like to claim the Cardinals, please.

Hi Sir -

I claimed the Tigers but if the Reds end up being available I'd love to make a switcheroo. However, I might be too late for the Reds and/or you might not want to make a change. No worries either way. Honestly, I'm fine either way but realized I have a lot more extraneous Tigers than Reds.

Thanks!

Madding - the Cardinals are yours.

dw - I have a pending claim on the Reds. FanOfReds are you making a claim?

Is it possible to just acquire that Ryno card?

Thanks. No problem at all. By the way, if you can today, send me your address.

I'm packing up my cards tonight as we're moving Saturday.

You might also let me know the answers to the questions FanOfReds posted. I believe I counted 140 extra Phillies and Astros (split evenly) that I have to send but want to make sure they'll work.

Thanks again!

Sent you an e-mail. Tigers are just fine since I claimed them. Doesn't matter. My teams to build are Reds, Tigers, Cubs and even White Sox - as an fyi.

I have 70 Phils/Astros that fit what I think you're looking for. Just send me 70 back - whatever you think is fair.

Thanks again!
